Dry or tea cake, traditional of the Minorca pastries, made with indigenous raw materials of first quality (range eggs, pure butter,...), with a nice crunchy texture.
Aforetime, was a typical pasta of the summer parties or gatherings of peasants "glossadors", who gather to sing their improvised and spicy "trobes" around a plate of "pastissets" and a bottle of Menorca's gin.
Presented in trays of 12 pcs. wrapped in heat-sealed transparent bag.
