The "Formatjada" is a typical pasty of Menorca, with form of round container, which resembles a small cheese ("formatge" in Catalan), which is filled with different ingredients. Although traditionally is prepared in family during Holy Week, now are made daily in many ovens and bakeries on the island.

This proposal prepared by "Pastisseria Artesana Lluís Febrer" is made with pork tenderloin cut, sobrasada, "xulla" (bacon), flour, lard and a few strands of saffron.

 

Presented in plastic tubs of 6 units.

 

It is recommended for consumption in the early days after it elaboration.

 

This product is handmade and, to offer the best conditions for consumption, is produced specially for each order so delivery times may be slightly modified according to the possibilities of artisan workshop.
