The white "Butifarrón" is a sausage elaborated with lean meat at which it adds fats and offal cooked, chopped and mixed with white bacon or "xulla", exclusively from pigs reared in Menorca (porc faixat) Once you have added salt and spices in the sausage is introduced in a fine membrane and it is boiled again.

Embotits Raima elaborate this product in a process that preserves traditional patterns that make this an almost artisan product.

It can be eaten raw, such as cold meat, or cooked, passed by the pan, grilled or barbecued.

Presented in pieces ± 0.300 kg, with vacuum packaging.
