This is a small pie by spongecake shaped crescent-moon. The filling is made from soft candied yolk with vanilla, which gives it a delicious flavor. It comes completely covered with sugar "candeal" (crystallized) so that the spongecake keep its texture soft and fluffy.

 

The recipe for this product is adapted to the diets of people with gluten intolerance, and it has taken great care to avoid any cross contamination.
