Dry or tea cake, traditional of the Minorca pastries, made with indigenous raw materials of first quality (range eggs, pure butter,...), with a nice crunchy texture. Aforetime, was a typical pasta of the summer parties or gatherings of peasants "glossadors", who gather to sing their improvised and spicy "Trobes" around a plate of "pastissets" and a bottle of gin de Menorca.

 

The recipe for this product is adapted to the diets of people with gluten intolerance, and it has taken great care to avoid any cross contamination.

The ingredients are egg yolks, sugar, lard, butter, corn flour (mix Proceli)
