The biscuit "Crespell" of sugar is the simplest pastry of all those elaborated in traditional pastry of Menorca, as the your dough is used as the basis for almost all of them. Made with eggs, sugar, flour, butter and oil,  do stretch until you get a very thin dough, that is cut flower shaped and is sugar coated.

Sometimes also called "crespellet".
