The maceration and distillation of spirits is an activity with tradition in the Balearic Islands. Its origin goes back centuries, and is due to members of religious orders of the island, especially the monks of the Shrine of Our Lady of Mount Toro, located atop the highest mountain in Menorca, which produced these drinks , digestive and medicinal.

Lorenzo Quintana, at charge of Bini Arbolla Licors, is one distiller of the few in Menorca evoke the flavors of the island i sea that surrounds it, as they contain the essence of the fruits of their own organic gardens and various wild herbs collected in the field of Menorca.
This master craftsman produces delicious liqueurs macerated without adding additives or artificial coloring.

Whether sweet or semisweet Herbs, Chamomile, Orange, Lemon, Tangerine and Peach, always we can find a specialty Bini Arbolla wich leave us a sweet sensation. And not forgetting its careful presentation very unique glass bottles.
